I have now to request that I may be authorised to engage the following persons for the Mint at Hong Kong, copies of whose testimonials are enclosed and I believe there to be well suited for their various duties;
viz.
Philip Peyton as Foreman of the Melting House.
James Morris as Foreman of the Rolling Mill
John Pritchett as Foreman of the Press Room.
They are also to assist in the erection of this machinery.
